Ryan took time out this weekend from his campaign to compete in the GTF Scottish Taekwondo championships in Cupar, Fife. Ryan competed along with his younger brother Darren who also supports the campaign and appeared in his video along with several kids from his taekwondo club.
Ryan won the silver medal for sparring and Darren took the silver for technical patterns.
